Please choose your crystals carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.

If you have received a broken or faulty item, please contact us with proof within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund you for that particular product.

Missing or Lost Packages

Once packages leave our care, we are unable to take responsibility for missing or undelivered packages. This is an Australia Post issue, so please lodge an enquiry through the Aus Post website, or give them a call with your details.
