Refund Policy

Please choose your crystals carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.

If you have received a broken or faulty item, please contact us with proof within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund you for that particular product.

Once packages leave our care, we are unable to take responsibility for missing or undelivered packages. This is an Australia Post issue, so please lodge an enquiry through the AP website, or give them a call with your details.

*Please note that because of the pandemic and the rise in online shopping, your parcel could take longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive with regular post. Please use Express Post if you require your order before a certain date to ensure quick and safe delivery!
