About Crystified

Hi, i'm Jade - the owner and founder of Crystified!   

After years of dealing with unemployment and struggling to get job interviews, I was left feeling defeated. 

It wasn't until one random night, i was sitting on the couch contemplating the future when i was struck with an idea completely out of the blue - "I should start a crystal business". So I did. The name Crystified came to me instantly.

Crystals weren't entirely new to me, I was surrounded by them my entire childhood thanks to my Grandma, but the idea of selling them and creating a business was foreign, to say the least.

For the next few months i researched day and night to find suppliers, learn the basics of crystals, figure out my photograpy style etc. 

Since August 2021 i haven't looked back. I started this journey with $500 and to be honest, pretty low expectations, but once again i was proved wrong. Within 10 minutes of launching my website, i had my first order from a fellow crystal business owner (thank you Eleanor). I remember stressing out when i couldn't figure out how to create and print the shipping label, and immediately thought "what have i gotten myself into" but i regrouped and figured it out.

Over the years i have gained valuable knowledge about the crystal industry, how to run a business, but i'ver also met some beautiful like-minded people from my wonderful customers to other business owners who are truly inspirational.

Being able to source beautiful crystals brings me so much joy and I'm forever grateful to those of you who have supported me over the years. Every like, share, review, order seriously means the absolute world to me!
